This portfolio sample demonstrates how I design standards-based, research-informed learning experiences for L&D professionals. The course covers needs analysis from three angles: determining whether training is the right solution, conducting a job and task analysis, and analyzing the learner population before design begins. Each lesson includes a structured assessment.
